Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER.
General rules and responsibilities of a player:
- A player must be 21 years of age or older. If winning a prize, verification of age must be provided to HawaiiPokerChampionship.com for prize fulfillment.
- A player must be a resident of the State of Hawaii or active military based in Hawaii. If winning a prize, verification of residency must be provided to HawaiiPokerChampionship.com for prize fulfillment.
- A player must agree to hold no liability against HawaiiPokerChampionship.com/Axiom Groove LLC, , NLOP™ and any other tournament sponsors or affiliates including all staff, employees, directors, and owners of mentioned companies, sponsors and affiliates.
- Tournament sponsors and affiliates, including all staff, employees, directors and owners of mentioned companies, sponsors and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the 2009 Hawaii Online Poker Championship or to win prizes.
- A player must sign up to and download Tournament Host NLOP’s software via HawaiiPokerChampionship.com
- CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY: Winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant’s eligibility has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. In the event that a winner is determined to be ineligible, his or her prize will be forfeited. In the event that a winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification, his or her prize will be forfeited.
- Winners will be solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes incurred as a result of winning sponsor prize(s).
- Winners agree to the use of their names and/or likenesses in further promotional materials and press releases without any additional compensation (except where prohibited). By entering this Contest, winners agree that HawaiiPokerChampionship.com/Axiom Groove LLC has the right to publicize, by any medium, their names, voices, images, and likenesses, the fact that winners won, and all matters incidental thereto. Winners agree to sign any and all release forms authorizing the use of their names and/or likenesses in the above matter.
